Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are beyond our control.

If we identify any problems that could cause delays in your order, we will promptly email you with an estimate of how long it will take to resolve the issue. If you wish to cancel or request a refund for your order, we will process it in accordance with our refund policy.

Free standard shipping: We offer free shipping to Vietnam for all orders. 

Free Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for all orders

Deliveries are made from 08:00-17:00 on Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand.

All orders from other countries will be refunded within 24 hours of being placed.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ravolution.store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order status with your order id and billing email here: https://ravolution.store/order-tracking/

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We accept orders for delivery to P.O. boxes; however, it is essential to provide a receiver’s phone number. If your shipping address is a P.O. box and you forgot to include the receiver’s phone number, our fulfillment team will reach out to you to obtain this information. If we do not receive a response, the order will be canceled after 3 business days since it was placed.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
